Telios Expedition

The Ultimate Personal Development Experience.

It's not about what you do it's about discovering who you are.

Life is full of transitions each one is different and demands a different type of growth. The way we manage these transitions determines the quality of life we enjoy. The Telios Expedition helps you discover the actions you must take to become who you want to be.

The Seasons of Life

Each season brings with it its own set of unique questions and opportunities. The smoothest transitions come when we exploring the questions early and often.

Early Adult Transition (Ages 18-25)

In this season an individual is transitioning from a child to an adult and entering the world. Many decisions will be made that determine the future of the individual. Developing a strategy to successfully become who you want to be will yield great benefits throughout your life.

Key questions one asks:

  • Who do I want to be?
  • What will I do for a living?
  • Where will I live?
  • What kind of life do I want to create

Settling Down Transition (Ages 28-38)

In this season an individual is concerned about establishing a niche in society and creating a timetable for family and career goals. This transition is characterized by urgent demands and expectations. Developing a strategy to make purpose driven and meaningful decisions is critical.

Key questions one asks:

  • Where do I work?
  • Who do I marry?
  • Do I have children?
  • Where do I live?
  • Do I further my education?
  • Do I start a business?
  • Do I buy a house?
  • What sacrifices am I willing to make to further my career?

Mid-Life Transition (Ages 45-65)

In this season disillusionment enters into our consciousness. We begin to question the actions we've taken and if they were worth the price. We wonder if this is all there really is. Developing a strategy to deal with these questions helps avoid crisis and maintains purpose and meaning in your life.

Key questions one asks:

  • How do I determine what is meaningful?
  • How do I filter out what is meaningless?
  • What adventures lie ahead for me?
  • What is the mark I will leave behind?
  • How do I eliminate toxic relationships from my life?
  • How will I grow?

End of Life Transition (Ages 65-90)

In this season we begin to think about putting our affairs in order. Our biggest fears come to us in the form of losses: lifestyle, relationships, and disability. We have the opportunity to fully express who we are and live our purpose. Developing a strategy in this transition allows you to live life in its fullest and define your legacy as you are living.

Key questions one asks:

  • What will my legacy be?
  • How ill I pass on my heritage?
  • What do I need to do to prepare for my eventual demise?
  • How can I live my purpose?
  • How can I manage my mental, physical, emotional wellbeing?
  • Will I have enough money?
  • How will I downsize, distribute or eliminate my possessions?

Transitions from one stage of life will happen whether you plan for them or not.

Those who plan, experience smooth transitions. Those who don't, experience crisis.
